These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Amoofy Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or under 18 with verified parental consent.
• You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.

2. License to Use

Amoofy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Collect personal data from children without parental consent (under 13 U.S., under 16 EU/UK).
• Infringe intellectual property or confidentiality.
• Misuse the Service for fraud, malware, unauthorized advertising, or hacking.
• Disrupt or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant Amoofy a limited license to process and display solely for Service-related purposes.
• We do not sell or use User Content for marketing without explicit consent.

5. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party links, integrations, or their policies.

6. Community Standards

Users agree to:

• Share authentic and accurate information.
• Respect others’ privacy and confidentiality.
• Avoid hateful, discriminatory, or exploitative behavior.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations or suspected misuse.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Amoofy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is capped at $100 or fees paid in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Amoofy for claims arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your failure to obtain consent from respondents.
• Your misuse of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Colorado law. EU users retain rights under their national laws.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms with notice. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.
